What is a good email marketing service that does not require opt-in? list of 38,000?

What is a good email marketing service that does not require opt-in? Its a list of 38,000. Please save the opt in best practices for someone else. I have been assigned to find this information as part of my job.

Thanks in advance
How I got my list is not the point. it is not an opt-in list. Is there a company that has an email marketing service where I can use a list that is not opt in
For instance I cannot send emails using my list through an email marketing company like constantcontact – because they require my list to be opt-in in order to use there service.
I would also like to send one email to the entire list. So 38,000 emails in one send.

Thanks

    Hi there,

Your question is a little vague. If people don’t opt-in, then how do you collect their emails in the first place?

But it seems you already have a list of 38,000. So what are you trying to accomplish now? Those 38,000 people have already given you their emails, so they don’t need to opt-in anymore.

If you are looking for an email autoresponder service that doesn’t require people to opt-in…I’m not sure such a thing can possibly exist. Because how will you get their email address then?

One solution would be to set up a hosting account with a hosting company such as Hostgator. They have a very affordable hosting account that runs roughly 9.95 per month. You will be required to buy a domain through which to mail your email. I suggest buying a .info because they are cheap. Usually around .89. Then you will need a mailer to send out the mail for you like simplemailer. You can find it by searching google, it’s a free download. Host gator will allow approximately 500 email per hour. The nice thing is it can be any list. But you have to be careful of spamming laws.

Then call hostgator for free support on how to use their hosting and simple mailer together. May sound a bit complicated but it really is not that difficult. Just a few steps.

Any online email marketing hosted service will not let you send emails to a non-opt-in list. That’s because it jeopardizes their IP reputation.
The only solution in this case is to buy your own software, like sendblaster.com and use an email server provided by a webhost.

Another possibility is to outsource this work to somebody at a freelance site. There are techies who know how to get this kind of work done. Pay them a one-time fee and they will get the work done.

Keep in mind that any URL and company names that are inserted in your messages may eventually get blacklisted by ISPs if a lot of your subscribers hit the SPAM buttons.
