Try a criss cross directory. there are a few on line but the best is Cole’s Criss Cross. You can find one at any Library that has a research dept. You look up the address and it will give you all the residents and phone numbers.

As I recall, when I worked in the builiding, there is no directory available to the public. The new owners of the building are VERY strict.
