Where can I find a list of New Urbanism projects that are being developed and planned in the Southeast?

I need a list for New Urbanism projects (that haven’t begun building or aren’t completed) that are in development or planning stages. I am a Landscape Architect student and I need a project to work/ design for my final graduation project. If possible it needs to be located in the Southeast.
Oh I mean the Southeastern United States….
