Way to check all subscribers?

I’ve been looking through my subscribers list for a certain one that I was looking to message, however, the list seems to cut off at the end before checking them all. (I have 633 of them at the moment but the list ends at 588). Is there a way to see the ones that have been cutoff or make the list stop cutting off the other 45?
Youtube is removing ALL subsciptions from inactive accounts. Sorry, looks like you’ve got 45 inactive accounts subscribed to you.
